305-203-0768

Spanish woman called stated that she was calling from a collection agency.  She speak too fast that's hard to understand.  She stated that her name is Analia Reyes.  People be careful if you get those type of call that you owe money etc.   It's so annoyed, those number can be block from your iPhone so next time they call, they will get a message that you are not reachable.

... which may prompt the junk debt collector to hassle family, friends, employers, and neighbors until you enforce your right to halt the calls at their source.

No one is "duly notified" of civil lawsuits by phone. Never let bullies on the phone confuse extortion with debt collection.

Lawful debt collection in America is a process, not an ambush. Early in that process you must be given a specific notice about your alleged debt and how to dispute it. From there, you have a right to obtain proof of claim on paper. You have a right to control when, where, and how debt collectors contact you. Federal law does not expect you to take only the word of strangers on the phone that bad things are about to happen. Do not reward lawbreakers with your money. Challenge them always, sue them if you can.
