Just wondering who this is

I've been called 3-4 times in the last week with no response when I answer.  Anyone know who this is?

It is an offer for free cruise to the Bahamas, but they want your credit card information.   Don't give it to them!

I had a missed calland call this number back. The person answered the phone with a "hello" vs a company name. When I stated thst I had amissed call from the number, the young man responded with a lot of verbage that I didnt understand except survey and free cruise. I said no thanks and hung up. It was obvious to me this was a scam.
