Many will let you get some sleep and/or be disturbed, by never letting you even hear the phone ring. You can block whole area codes and those numbers with an anonymous or no caller ID. There are phones which have the ability to block hundreds of these calls and also stand alone units which can block thousands of numbers. It will be the best investment you will ever make..
