I suspect it may be backed by a "No on 2" group. I KEEP getting a robo-call thanking me for signing the petition to GET it on the ballot, but their records show I have not yet sent my absentee ballot back.
Random call from random person, even called on FaceTime. Left no message and when I go to return am told the number is not a working number, yet sometimes it will ring busy. WTF?
