Well i am so glad i saw this as i too was in the market for a new apartment and my boyfriend and i came across this website that the house was just too good to be true.. upon contacting him i started to ask him questions about the place. Now he says that he will send all the documents to me upon sending money however i wanted a copy of some proof that he in fact lived in the home rather a piece of mail or a drivers licence. once i asked for this he was iffy about sending personal information at which point i knew i had to search him. I also called the company to see if he really worked there no one by that name works for that company that they could tell me nor have they relocated any personals lately. thank you all for keeping this posted and i pray that everyone will see this and keep it in mind as well.. pay it forward.

IF it's too good to be true, then it is! Google him people! Google the number and you will see what others are saying about this scam. He tried to scam me today, with the same story that others are posting. He says he has to leave to Nigeria, that he has a big construction project and needs to leave for 4+ years. He went by the name of "Larry Dansky" and I knew something was wrong, tried to research property and I came to find all these comments about scams! Don\'t fall for it!!!!
He tried to offer me to go see property, so I wonder who he would have sent, so people please dont get tricked by him
