Who called from 3052121999

Same played some music and hung up.

Had my phone a month, don't know who had my number before me.  Received a call from 305 212-1999 number.  No message left.  If this is a collection agency, they are not very professional.  Regardless, call can't be very important so ignore or block it.

I received a call en my cell, from this number 305 212 1999 on 5/4/2015 at 12:54 p.m.

Somebody called from this cell number and this is weird call.  This person might be using others cells number because I got from the same place in miami, Florida. FBI and others goverment must take care of this concern.

Am i the only one who thinks this is creepy?
