they called saying i owe a payday loan for 1500 from a company name Archway. I never got a loan from archway nor in the amount that they said. said i have civil charges and she "jessica bailey" says she wants to fix it before it goes to court, and im like im not giving you my information.
This is a fraud, and they are very rude and do research on you as an individual before calling you, they make threats that are not possible. They make it seem as if we are going to jail and this is a case of allegations being built against you as if you are a thief who walked out of a store with someone items. This is the new collection tactics now, they get lawyers who can't make money on other cases so they now result to threatening clients like us. First of all after 5 years all that you owe drops off your credit report and the most they can do is put a lien on your property. These issues are civil issues learn your rights and don't give them any information. I will be reporting this to Help Me Howard and other news outlets to let them know what is being done now to collect on poor innocent people trying to survive in this tough low economy world today.
