These are scammers from "MCA".  A Cheryl Williams, ext. 4007 she will claim she's from your local county (not true)  but once your on the phone with her she says she's from arbitrations.  I asked to be sent an official letter but all they wanted was my debit card info.  Each time I asked for a letter to be sent so I can send it to my lawyer and I would be placed on hold and then forwarded to someone else who would give me the same run around.  They have called my job, friends, yet not me.

These people have called my friends and family for some debt I do not owe.  I tried researching their number and nothing comes up.  I called my county for any cases pending against me and they had no clue what I was talking about.  They only wanted my bank info to deduct this so called debt.  Who does that????  I'm not that stupid.  305-222-7243 x4007 If this is legit why don't they have an actual website or available through Google search.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT give these people any of your information.  They claimed I had a loan out from Shorline Online LLC - do yourself a favor look up Shorelines LLC and you will see all the fraud information attached to it - I have no loans out so I knew this was a lie.  They repeatedly asked for my bank info, which I'm not giving them.  She gives the phone to her "boss" who claims she's not bullying me or making me do anything but then says I will be sued.  I gave her an option - Here's my lawyer and State Attorney's number - she hung up.  Don't be fooled people.  They will call your family and friends with lies, but never you.  This is illegal and I will be reporting them to the FDCPA.  After doing more research they have used telephone number 866-355-4324

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
