Who called from 3052253694

Per caller ID,two calls from this number on 2/20/09, did not leave a message, when you call this number it says has been disconnected.

Calls and I hear somebody on the other side breathing, but hangs up right away, after I say hello twice.

List below is what I found for this number doing a Google search.  I didn't answer as I have no idea who this is nor why they seem to think they can/should call me.  I too am on the DNC list.

who is this calling me from Miami - this only happened after I installed the OPERA browser

Called 3/7/09...Tried to call back, but sounded like busy signal.
