Scam, they keep calling using other numbers. Block them

I have learned; and I NEVER answer with, "HELLO?".
Or I will answer with "Yes", then caller has only 3 Seconds to answer me or I cut call off.
I say most anything else but never ever the word hello, these calling units are programed to understand the sound wave of the word hello? If you do not use hello; it confuses the computer and is then programed to disconnect call. As if a business answered.

CID said VET SUPPORT FDN. Called also from 863-213-1268. Scammers that barely give a nickel of every dollar to actually help someone. Largest percentage goes to the call center, next largest percentage goes to salaries of the FDN (like the clinton fdn) then expended of the fdn, then maybe if any is left a few cents go yo Vets. I mark call type unknown because I don't consider pennies out of dollars charity.
