Who called from 3052465958

Called many times when call back says phone number in active

I recieved a call from 305-246-5958, when I asked who was calling I heard someone say something inaudible and hang up.

foreign sounding voice, noise in background, auto-dialed, says they are from U.S. medical company. I asked what they wanted. they said they want to talk about my medical claim. (non-existent)

Caller ID comes in from FPL, then asks if I had surgery and used any blood clotting agents. I said I didn't use any and he started to get very insistent that I did, after which I hung up.

Same with me.
