Some ( and I mean some) companies do conduct interviews by web chat, but it is still a VERY big red flag. 99% of job interviews are done face-to-face, in person. As always with a job offer, search everything. Names. Address. Do a street view. Check age/registration of any web sites. -and- come here & check any phone numbers.
