This number calls our office often, and never knows who they want, asking or the sales manager or the controller, but has so little grasp on English that when I ask her if she has the name, she doesn't know what I'm saying.
Called for Controller but could not come up with a name. Asked her a ton of questions that REALLY throw her. She went silent but I could still hear the call center noises in the background. Since she could not answer any of the questions as to who specificly she needed I hung up.
Called again and asked for someone who (to the best of my knowledge) has never worked here. I told him so, and he said "How about you just transfer me to your CFO..."
How about not.
