I have blocked so many numbers on my Panasonic phone but this was a new one. I didn't answer and no message was left at 10:15 am PST. I'm not expecting a call from Florida as I live in CA. Surely a solicitor.

Called my DNC registered landline. The same old scam with female voice saying you can make $10K… blah, blah, blah. I've gotten the same call from the same male and female voices for a year or 2. This is just a new number they're using. They give you a web address to check it out. Don't waste your time.
