Sorry, most of us are legitimate chronic pain
patients who had are lives made a bit more easy
by ordering from former Tricounty clinic. They had a doctor
who took our records and was able to send us our pain
meds, which was much more convient. Unfortunately, probably
abused by some, they closed down, and we thougt they were
back in business. Me too for 350.BTW there will always be some
that get through, but that is no excuse to treat.
My friend in California recieved a call from this number looking for her ex husband that moved out 5 years ago. He had a prescription drug problem. The guy said he was a doctor and wanted to see if he could fill a vicodin prescription. He wanted her ex's new number. She hung up on him. Her ex found his fix on the internet. These creeps must have hacked into that info.

These people claim to be a doctor, they had my fathers name, address, etc.... my father send them 300 bucks, WHAT DO YOU KNOW, no tracking number, no one picks up, I pray this happens to no one else disabled and handicap. Its sad they scam ANYONE
He got me too! I only sent $180.00 though. Somebody needs to stop this jerk! You would think the authorities could do something since they have the phone number!
The same happens to me. I send it to Carlos Solano Castillo, San Jose Costa Rica months ago ($399). I find out that there was some more complains from this name. This guy call pretending he is a Dr and is not more than SCAMMER. He use to have a different number. Don;t send it more money. The FBI in Panama City Headquarters for Central America knows about the situation.
Wish I saw this earlier. Just sent him money, so looks likes I got scammed too. And it took 6 months of talking to him to get him to finally feel trustworthy. $400.00 I don't have. Unbelievable.
Dr. Zaccari he said his name was James Zaccari. NEVER AGAIN.. I hope if it doesn't come karma gets him. And he had ALL my information that I didn't give him. He got it from other sources. Merry Christmas, now I live with this pain from a true liar that can sleep at night.
