Received about 10 calls from this number caller ID shows a Mason Ramon speaking spanish. After about 6 calls with no messages left I finally picked up the phone. Told him I was not interested in whatever he was selling. He ask if I spoke spanish. I said NO and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST please do not call back. I tried calling the number back and ia recording said the number was disconnected.
Received about several calls from the same number and same ID name,Manson Ramon who speaking Spanish.Gave me my right name and right address,missing my apt #.
He told that I had two certificates letters that the mail office can't deliver to me for problems in the system.
I did not believe him and ask him with many questions finally he hang out immediately .
I have been receiving calls daily from the phone number 305-262-3248. I do speak Spanish as a 2nd language but requested that the caller provide an English speaking representative for me. None was provided, only other "supervisors" who asked if I could speak Spanish to talk to them. I only accepted the original call as I thought it had something (originally) to do with one of the family members here who is primarily Spanish speaking They asked about my Social Security. They call and call. I have, of course stopped answering. I did report the phone number to the agencies.
There is something illegal going on with this call center. Provide specific information to the authorities.
