I just got a text with with the same number , say I owe them 600.oo or Ill be in court in a few days.And the caller sounded like he was form overseas. How do I find out if this is legit or not
Yes I got a call from this number 3052804240 in his name was James Marshall in he claimed that I got approve for 5000 dollars in he put a negative balance on my account
Most likely a debt collection scam. Only local judges issue warrants. They are only issued to duly constituted officers of the law and only served by duly constituted officers of the law. They are served in hand and are only used in criminal cases. Debt collectors have nothing to do with the criminal justice system. Being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you CANNOT be arrested for it. Ignore these callers and block their calls.
