Just called on 11 Nov 2015, dead space, no talking

Missed call, no message.

Missed a call from this number last night, no message either. Reading everyone else's posts here. They all seem to have occurred within the last 2 days.

I get a call from this number every day, usually around meal time.  It starts with a recorded message:  "Congratulations!" and goes on about winning a cruise.  I hang up immediatelyy withoul saying anything, but the calls keep coming EVERY DAY.
