These caller id's are from spoofing software. They are illegal but your congressman gets campaign funds from these companies so they do not care. Call your corrupt congressman and complain. Why doesn't anyone prosecute these people or have harsh pentality. it is about the money and influence they have over your congressman. They voted these rules into effect. Please report this to the ftc and donot call list compalaint. They are really powerless do your corrupt congressman. They are for the wealthy not the voter. Vote them out of office for not caring about us. We need a change.
