It's the Miami Herald sales center trying to sell you a subscription.  I have gotten this call from other numbers, asked to be removed, and they still call me.  The most annoying part is I HAVE a Miami Herald subscription and I have had it since 2014.  They will call and not leave a message and I'm so annoyed that I actually answered.
