Who called from 3053401552

I keep getting calls from this number.  Sometimes 3 to 4 times a day and never leaves a message!  I even got a call on a Sunday morning!!  Like everyone else in the list I too am on a DO Not Call registry with my cell number so how did this person even get my cell number?

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM 305-340-1552 ON MY CELL PHONE.  I AM CURRENTLY REGISTERED ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. WHO DO WE REPORT THEM TO?
