Called but left no message.

Telemarket recording for Health insurance.  Called my cell.  Are there not laws to protect against this?

some [***] hole called me from this number. Lucky for them I didn't answer the call in time. No message left.

Ithought it was already illegal to call cell phones numbers on the do not call list.

[***] holes called again. Recorded message trying to sell some type of insurance.

Fyi--This must be a telephone number that a number of bill collectors and telemarketers use. This number has called my phone at various different times and it's always a different company that I don't want to be bothered with.
I have an AT&T go phone, so it's a minute phone. I wish they would leave me alone so I don't lose all of my minutes.
