Calls nearly every single morning with no message left.

Called a few times a week claiming I requested more info about their diploma mill.

I receive calls from 305-351-0909 at least once a day if not several times a day.

my phone number is on the "do not call registry" and I still get calls from this number everyday.  I never answer.

Daily phonecalls from this nr in the morning and afternoon to my cell.I never answer, they dont leave a message and keep calling every day.I am also registered on the do not call list, so annoying, want it to stop.
