Whor are they? I received a call from them twice a day every day...Can I report them?

This telephone number comes up on Caller ID as "Nations Health" whatever the hell that is!!  But no one talks and they just hanged up the phone.

Call Originating from S E 2nd Ave, Miami, Did a check.

Nations Health is a medical supply company.  They do call their customers about ordering supplies ahead of time.  I am a diabetic and use this company myself.
