This numbers calls all the time and never leaves a message, tried to call back but i keep getting a can not complete your call error, WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE! it is driving me crazy and I dont know how to block numbers. Please can someone tell me who this number is!

I get these phone calls almost once a week on my cell phone. I have a long list of blocked numbers. I've added each of them to my contact list under "telemarketer" and block each one on my iPhone. Still hasn't stopped it. I never answer them, I never send them to voice mail, and I never call them back. About to just change my cell phone number. :/ pretty pathetic.

Comes on my home phone, who ever had this number prior to it being assigned to me has a lot of people looking for them. I NEVER answer unknown numbers, not even locally. Don't know your number I am not answering!
I have too many medical issues to be dealing with all the telemarketers and garbage bill collectors. .
