Called me at 3:30a.m. and hung up.

Anyone else get this number?  Have no idea who it is and my phone does not accept calls from numbers that are not on my contact list, so it didn't ring, but it shows that I had a missed call.

I have received calls from this number about four times a day. When I try to call back the recording says the call cannot be completed.  Ugh!

Why would anyone call back numbers on their caller ID when they don't leave a message.
