Who called from 3053595090

I am just getting a single ring from 3053595090. Its so annoying....

yep, i got it almost every day, but  i never answered.

I get a call every other evening.  Fortunately, I am either travelling or some how missed the call.  Tried calling back and got an automated message for Account or Pin No.  It is a real Scam.  I am reporting to my sservice provider to block this call

They called the other night, so I answered and an eastern indian sounding fellow was asking about my long disdance provider. I'm from Canada so is this some Hydro privitization scam?

I just got 2 calls within 5 minutes from this number. Didn't recognize the number so didn't pick up, but still annoying.
