The incident occurred on 5/1/16 around 2:50pm PDT. The call was to my wife's cell phone number and she passed it on to me since she knows little about computers. The caller had a heavy East Indian accent and he spoke quickly so I never got the name of the company. After I told him that I could not understand the name of his company, he told me that they were the "leading provider of Windows tech support" or words to that effect. He said that they had been receiving some kind of "error messages" from our computer. I informed him that was unlikely and that we only use Macs. I told him not to call again and that I was blocking future calls from his phone number.
