The old "This is LIsa calling regarding your credit card account, there is no problem...." They ask you to press 9 for lower rates...and of course they try to get you to tell them what type card you have the expiration date etc.

When you push 9 to get through they ask for your Visa, when I asked 'which one?' they hung up (twice in last few weeks). Calling back results in a loud tone then fast busy, reported as a technical error to Verizon, they blocked it in their network (vs on my acct) as being 'broken'. Hopefully no more calls from them.
We are getting a call from this number almost everyday. "Hi this is Lisa about your credit card" How do I get them to stop??
I am on the do not call list but they still call, land line and cell phone....
