This number calls and when I don't answer, a message is left that says, "If you need help, dial operator or hangup and call again." We never called, but a horrible loud sound keeps on and on and on. I have heart problems and want to know HOW to rid my home of calls like this. We are already on the "Do Not Call" list.

This number calls me periodically trying to sell me a better rate on a credit card. When I hang on to complain as I am on the "do not call list", they get abusive and curse.
