The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
Caller was trying to get my credit card number by telling me it started with the number (5). He asked me to confirm the number by giving him the rest of the number. I knew it was a scam when he could not tell me the type of card (Capital One, Chase, ect) and he did not know my name. He got angry when I refused to give him the number and cursed me then hung-up. The caller Id said Florida. It's a shame there is no HOT LINE to call when these scammers try to FRAUD people.
As long as the government let's them get away with it they will continue to do so. With all the complaints that have been filed with the FCC they should be locking those people up.
