Just got a call from this Florida number. The pleasant speaking woman said it was from my credit card company handling my account but the call was not about my bill. It was just a service the company was offering to lower my interest rate would I like to speak to a "representative"? ..Sure. I knew it was a scam. I was transferred to a man who had an obvious middle-eastern accent. He said they were the credit card account company handling ALL my Visa, MasterCard accounts. Would I like them to lower my interest rates? I wasn't going to answer any questions so I began drilling the "representative" over and over with questions like where is his company located and what is his address. He started to get very flustered and stammered saying it's 360 Keystone Dr., then he changed it to 3360 Nerth Keystone Avenue, mumbling a city name He messed up a couple more times. It was quite obvious he didn't want to give me any information. He was getting very frustrated with my repeated questions and loudly said he didn't have to tell me any of that! I said why not? You are calling my house asking for personal information so why shouldn't he tell me. He started getting very rude saying he didn't have to answer those kinds of questions! That's when I said I want to speak to his supervisor NOW! He refused! I repeated asking to speak to his supervisor over and over in the middle of him repeating that I wasn't going to talk to anyone else. At that time I told him I know you're trying to SCAM me, and you aren't very good at it. SO you know WHERE you and your criminal scamming company can shove your telephones! I hung up. loudly.
I received a call from this number after lunch today. They have called several times in the past. DO NOT answer the calls, they leave no messages and then hang up. Glad to know that it is a criminal scam!!!! Have no credit card debts so I definitely do not need their "HELP"!!!!!!!
