If your intention in pressing 9 to speak with one of their card service scammers, was to have your number removed from their robodialer calling rotation, it won't happen. Blocking ALL calls from the 305 area code, WILL help to stop calls from this 'cell ' of these criminals.

“cardholder services” are more than just "scammers" but organized criminals as State and Federal violations go on, and on.
More Federal violations as they illegally spoof consumers callerID readout, causing consumers to report and even sue innocent people.
They additionally engage in illegal “revenue sharing” with dialers, and phone carriers.
They are also most likely violating their own State Corporation Laws, and committing credit card processing fraud. (credit card laundering).
