Who called from 3053688703

Called my land line in TX .  no answer to my hello.  called the # hr later, got busy signal.

Called land line and left no message.  Am on DNC list.  Caller ID shows "unknown name."

Called my land line last nite--No response to voice mail

Scam, rude and unprofessional. Would not state their reason for call.

Somehow this phone number lists on my bill as if we called them for 6hours which of course resulted in a huge bill.  Not sure how this showed up as we did NOT make this call.  Hackers?
