2nd call today.  Did not answer the phone

We are having the same problem and we are on a Do Not Call list. Not sure the purpose if the government refused to do anything about it.

Did not leave any message.

I wish I had a quarter for every time a robo call voice said "...this is your second and final warning..." This one's so stupid, yet people fall for it. Don't answer your phone, people, if you don't recognize the number.

"<female voice>Hello, this is Lisa calling about your credit card account. There is no problem with your account but you qualify for a lower rate..."

I try to record these spam robo calls with Google Voice ( www.google.com/voice ) to post on my Spam Calls web page, but this call didn't come to my Google Voice phone number. You can hear similar scam calls here:
