Got a call from this number 09/02/13 3:24 PM. I declined. Immediately called back and hung up. Saw him on this list so I added him to my "Ignore" contact, which has silent ringtone, no vibrate. Heh. Bite me, pal.

Was in a bad mood from interruption so I pressed 9 ... female voice says "how are you" so I took a deep breath & without pausing told her
"Extremely aggravated. I have no credit cards; no interest in scams; should not receive calls like this...# called has been on Fed & state DNC lists for years...but thanks for calling so number can be reported."
Did not wait for response - just hung up & blocked number.
