I received a call from this number asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. I am on the National do not call register. So I always wait for a live person when these types of calls make it thru. When the man got on the line I asked for my number to be removed from the list. He said something I took as being rude so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he was the only person I was going to get to speak to. I again asked for a supervisor. He then said
why are you so [***]?" I wish I could find out where they are so he could be arrested for that kind of talk!
I don't know how many times these people called us. The announcement says that they want to talk to us about one of our credit cards. When they finally get me to a person they tell me my credit card intrest rate is too high. They could not tell me which card, then finally told me it was my visa card but then could not tell me what bank the card was issued by. I finally pressed the matter one more time with the operator. He then called me an "Idiot" and slammed down the phone on me. We are are on the national do not call registry. I don't know who they are but they need to be shut down. This is in no way a professional.
Got a call from this number not 20 minutes ago and cannot call back as it is a telephone paging system! I want to ask them why it is okay for them to call us and we can't call them...and how did they get our number in the first place, Anyone know how to get rid of them?
It as a robocall. "Hi, my name is Lisa. I'd like to talk to you about your credit card." That's when I hung up. I used to get the same call with a Seattle area code. Now they are coming from Miami. Must be a scam.
HOW DO YOU GET THEM TO STOP CALLING!! THEY CALL MY CELL AND HOME PHONE!! WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING YOUR NUMBER UNLISTED AND ON A DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!
