I was called by this number and very politely asked to be taken off their call list as I am listed on the national no call list. His reply was for me to suck his balls! I am infuriated and am proceeding to find out his phone carrier and address and put an end to his calling with the proper authorities immediately!
SINCE YOU FLORIDA RESIDENTS SEEM TO ENJOY USING YOUR ROBOT MACHINES TO DIAL OUT TO EVERY TELEPHONE NUMBER TO ANY OF OUR CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS, I'M ALSO STILL ANGRY ABOUT HOW YOUR FLORIDA GOVERNOR JEB BUSH CAUSED THE REST OF OUR COUNTRY TO HAVE TO BE STUCK WITH HIS BROTHER-THE 2ND GEORGE BUSH WHO REALLY MESSED UP OUR COUNTRY. I REALLY WISHED THAT JEB WOULD'VE LEFT THE VOTING BALLOTS BACK ON ELECTION DAY-TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2000 ALONE AND JUST LET AL GORE BE PRESIDENT INSTEAD. I ALSO WISHED THAT JEB BUSH WASN'T YOUR STATE GOVERNOR BACK THEN! I ENCOURAGE YOU FLORIDA RESIDENTS WHO INSIST USING YOUR ROBOT MACHINES TO STOP CALLING OUT ON ANY TELEPHONE NUMBER IN WHICH IS AUTOMATICALLY PROGRAMED TO DIAL IN SEQUENCE TO PLEASE LEAVE EVERY CONNECTICUT RESIDENT ALONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY REASON TO! ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE LEAVE EVERY CONNECTICUT LISTINGS PHONE NUMBERS ALONE! I'M GETTING SICK IF IT AND WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE!
Got yet another call from 305-368-8860 at 9:45am this morning [9/23/13], so we've blocked it -- but it's still an annoyance and nuisance.
There must be some way the federal government can deputize private attorneys and investigators to go after these shysters since there's apparently little government action being taken against them. Perhaps the deputies could be authorized to take 35-50% of whatever court awards they can get out of them for violating "do not call" and other relevant laws [which may have to be modified to expressly allow court actions by official deputies].
I've heard of people having good luck in small claims court against nuisance calls. A well presented, thought-out case showing DoNotCall Registration and subsequent digital call log should be sufficient.
