SCAM ALERT. They say to "press 9" if you want to lower your credit card interest rates. Guy answers with thick accent. Before he got into his speil I asked what company he was with. He says "VISA and Mastercard". Then I told him I wanted my number taken off their call list because I'd had enough. His response "Anyone tell you you sound sweet on the phone?" Unbelievable!!!
Just got a call - they had names and addresses but little else. Rude, uncooperative, refused to refer to supervisor. He got no additional information from me
