Caller ID "V31809092500132". Recorded message "This is Lisa, calling about your credit card account", offered to lower my interest rate to 6%, press 9 to be connected to an operator. I pressed nine, connected to a male operator with a heavy Indian accent. I asked if he was familiar with the National Do Not Call list; after a pause, he said "I'm sorry, I do not understand, bye bye" and hung up.
March 18, 2013 - Received a phone call from these Florida people (no message left). Received these type of calls before, as well, for a few times. Caller ID: V31809294800106. I am quite annoyed with this type of calls. I do not know who they are and what do they want of me. They will certainly get nothing from me. The sad part of such calls is that they hide, and change, and manipulate, and bother, and act illegally. I wish they face me face-to-face. Then it would be a different talk. I wish somebody reaches out to these "entrepreneurs" and cut their activities forever. All they probably want is to obtain the Credit Card information. I would never give out any information to someone I don't know or trust. I will report it to my company. I am sure they have the means and legal people to treat these people accordingly.
