White pages locates the area code and prefix of this number as Miami, Fl. Other search results indicate this is a fraud attempt at getting your bank account information out of you by threatening suspension of your account and asking for the account info. Obviously if they are going to suspend your account, they already have the number so DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM.
I also got the text. I totally distrust BoA and am reluctant to call them anyways. I sent a text of "Why?" and have not received an answer.I did report it to the e-mail above. I have not heard a response here either.
