I received a call from this number and the gentleman said he worked for the county.

Ths is a Miami-Dade County office. The rude woman (I would not call her a lady), refused to identify herself other than the fact that she "work for the county". WHY DOES MIAMI-DADE COUNTY HAVE TO HAVE RUDE EMPLOYEES. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHEN THE GOVERNMENT IS CALLING! TYPICAL BANANA REPUBLIC
