I got a call from this number this morning. An automated voice from "F and M bank" alerted me that, due to suspected fraud, my ATM card had been deactivated; to reactivate I should press 1 to be transfered to the security department. I pressed 1 in the hope of getting a live person to clear up my confusion (F and M bank? I have no such account.) but only got the same automated voice, this time asking that I enter my 16 digit card number.
I stopped there, and went to check my card status on the official site to find it in fine working condition. Not sure what this number really is, but I wouldn't trust it a bit.

This is definitely a phishing scheme. I received a call with the same alert of suspected fraudulent activity - but it was from "San Diego County Credit Union" I believe. I don't have an account there so I hung up and did not continue.
