These clowns call every month or so. I have the same experience reported by others: the message says something about last chance to lower my credit costs; when you press 1 to talk to them, nothing happens; when you call the number back it is disconnected; reporting to the do not call seems to do nothing.
automated voice message that stated that they had tried numerous times to contact me, without success, and this was the last time I would be offered the chance to lower my credit card interest rate and if I wanted to speak to a representative to press #3...I did so, a female answered and asked if I was applying to lower my credit cardrate and I answered "no" that I would like to know who was calling me. She hung up.
keep getting calls about improving credit card rate tried their BS press 2 to cancel them calling they keep calling
tried to talk to one of their reps about NOT calling me as im on the do not call list and she set the head set down and left it lay there for over 6 minutes i could hear the huge call center people talking and bosses pushing them for performance me yelling hello and never getting an answer till the line disconnected
entity, obviusosly illegit keeps calling to lower interest rates on cc. When you call back the number is no longer in service. Scam artist. or opportunitistic. Love to call them at their dinner hour at their home numbers.
