Reverse engineered the number and it came up for two people at two different addresses:

Joel Ventura - NW 79th Street, Miami FL
Nancy Lugo - SW 162nd Ave, Miami FL

Just got a call from them myself, and left no messge.

These two are related.  A Nancy Ventura shows up as associated.  The 79th Street address show up as Lot A113.  Also found a mug shot of a Joel Ventura in his late 30s for prostitution, among other things.

Just got a call.  Something about a credit card protection program.  I think her number, Nancy Lugo, was hijacked.

now coming up as Martin Mabey, Miami, Florida( reverse direct)   did not leave a message

Just got a call from a Nancy Lugo and an area code of 035!!!
