I received an unwanted call from this number. It is apparently a cell phone number.

Same here! First time this number called. No message recorded.... A "new"Scammer???

If he rings again, he goes to the "block" class!

I received several calls - hang when answered. I did a search on them and got the following which leaves me to believe they are using sometype of pass through system
