Received phone call from this number to my cell phone. It is not the first time. It is the third time. Caller spoke in Spanish. On the first time they called, I told the caller that she was calling a cell phone & was using up my minutes. It was a telemarketer saying that I had won some prize. I told her I was not interested & I asked her not to call me anymore & to remove me from their calling list. She apologized & said that they would remove my number. Since then, they have called twice. Last time was today(8/4/2009). I had already registered my cell phone number on the National Do Not Call List. I registered it last month.
