I thought it was like my niece calling collect or some crap
Some foreign dude -- no clue.....i should've just played dumb and coy to extract more info, but didn't.
I was like Y R U calling me from a marathon station in FLA (is there a city Marathon in FLA), i dunno
I kept asking him his name, finally got like Alan or Allen Lawson, that's what he said..loads of background noise like other ppl talking to other ppl on the phone...
He ended up hanging up on me....How can the # call me, but yet when I call back I can't call them, but they just called me.

Then when I go call i get the operator recorded BS drivel of sorry can't connect and then a message (recorded) from phone CO that says two-hundred and thirty-three (233) and then I'm hung up on and it just went to busy signal...ARGH
This number has called me already three times today even though I have the number block at my end.
It gets to be very annoying. I wish it could stop. and this is not the only number that phones me. I get others
with the same kind of situation. I'm plain tired of it. Please put a stop to it. THANK YOU!
