this number called me numerous times at work and talkedd to my boss and told her that the FBI AND THE SECRET SERVICE worked under him....hmmm knw thats a scammm. He claimed to be shawn marshall hello they sound like they are from india....raallly using an amerian name wow. At first i was scared because i had applied for a bank loan but never did receive one...and the worst thing of all is when they leave you voice mails they tell you to have a BLESSED DAY!!!! That makes me really upset. They started calling me in september of 2011...When they first called i was terrified they threatend to arrest me at work if i didnt pay them bak. What really also scared me is that they had all my info my social, address, bank info everything to my license number... i was really scared.....They called my job... When i found out it was a scam after i reported them i was relived i am only 20 yrs old you knw what this bull can do to a person like me i was scared out of my mind. So i called them bk and told them off told em i knew they wer fake so they stopped calling me and now like 7 months later they call bk im tired of it....dont believe wat they say....its a scammmmmm....they want to get money off of you jst mess with them a little they are clue less about how our legal system works here in the u.s they use really company names and names of real ppl but they dont knw a bit of wat they are talking about a real debt collector sends you a letter in the mail not just calls you an harasses you not very professional at all. And they all sound indian they may transfer you from supervisor to super intendent all with a really strong accent and hard to understand so relax its all a scam...A higher judge will judge them sumday..
Received a call from this phone number claiming they were the Attorney general office and had filed a suit againt our name for an outstanding pay day loan. We have never had a loan of this type. They are threatening to file court papers for the total anount due. The name of the individual calling was a paul robinson. This is a scam. Anyone else received calls like this?
This is not a debt collector, this is a scam for a payday loan. I inquired about a payday loan but never got one, this man called me on 33012 first at 6:54am then again begining at 9:22am he then proceeded to cuss out my husband and then myself, he called 21 times between 9:22am and 9:41am just to cuss us out. I called and reported him to the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission), they said he is a scam and they are going to prossicute him to the fullest if there are any other people out there he has called they want to know about it, at this time he is looking at substancial prision time. Also if you put any info out there for a payday loan contact the credit agencys and put a fraud alert on your social security number also contact your bank accounts and do the same for them, then call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 and make a report, it will add to the charges on this guy. Please know I do not take this lightly and will not stop until he is behind bars, The FTC and myself will make sure this happens so please report him if he called you.
Yes, I received several calls from this number 305-396-2602 stating that I owed $300 for a payday loan that I never received. It worried me until I started looking scams up on the internet..... Thank you for posting this number. Now I feel better.
This number has called my phone and my job number back to back to back. 13 calls yesterday. Today I threatened to report him and he hung up. The calls stopped. He's using the name Sid Stuart.
