I got a call from Jenny Wilson too....said they were going to be sending information to my local police for my arrest. I had to call back immediately to avoid the claim going any further. I kinda think if I owe the IRS they would send me some type of statement in the mail.... or withhold my current tax refund.... which they haven't done in the past few years.... I sure hope no one falls for this scam!!

Ok, I'm very glad that I found this out, 800 notes,
This number called asking for my mom even though my mom isn't on my phone plan or connected to my phone in any way.
He had a very thick Indian accent, asked for my mom thinking it was me, as soon as I said no that's my mom, He said have your mom call this number asap because it was something about her having a trial against her, and then he hung up. I was lost, I called him back, same guy... I said "you just called me asking for my mom, what trial are you talking about, my mom isn't under investigation for anything, what is this??"
then the guy immediately got aggressive and said it's none of my business just have her call me back, I said it is my business, she's my mom, he started screaming at me saying it's none of my business and i don't need to know, yes she's under investigation and has a trial... yadda yadda....
I was freaking out and thinking no way could this be real, he hung up again of course.... I immediately called my mom to ask her if she knew about any of this, of course she had no idea... and she said that's a scam call and for me to block it. I was so relieved but knew that I was right at the same time.
I never had any calls like that before so i didn't know what to think , especially it being for my mom.... which was the oddest part.
DO NOT TAKE THIS CALL!!
After this I decided to never answer my phone if it's an unknown number again (because I usually always do), if they don't leave messages.... I wont call them back...
Now that I know about this site, I will be checking every number.... and blocking the ones I find as scams.
